Canada shares higher at close of trade; S&P/TSX Composite up 0.78% By Investing.com
Investing.com – Canada equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Materials, Real Estate and REITs sectors propelled shares higher. At the close in Toronto, the S&P/TSX Composite rose 0.78% to hit a new all time high. The biggest gainers of the session on the S&P/TSX Composite were Fortuna Silver Mines Inc (TSX:FVI), which rose 7.64% or 0.69 points to trade at 9.72 at the close. Martinrea International Inc .
